Meals on Wheels of the Salinas Valley (MOWSV) staff, board members and volunteers proudly attended the 101st Annual Awards Luncheon presented by Salinas Valley Chamber of Commerce on April 14, 2022 at Sherwood Hall, Salinas. MOWSV was honored as the winner of the "Spirit of the Community" award for our tireless efforts and contributions to communities of the Salinas Valley, our collaborations with other private and government agencies, and our non-stop deliveries of nutritious meals to seniors, especially throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. The award that was presented to Regina Gage, Executive Director, is displayed at our 40 Clark street office warehouse. Stop by to congratulate our organization and take at look at the beautiful award!
