The great collaboration with the Arts Council for Monterey County continues each month with more homebound clients enjoying music through our "Art & About" program. Clients on our Salinas routes have been serenaded by Clarissa Salcedo on for the past 3 months - October, November and December. She accompanied MOWSV volunteer drivers during their deliveries of Additional Tasty Items (ATI). All the clients who were serenaded by Clarissa were so grateful and many sang along.

Clarissa is a teaching artist in the schools with Arts Council. She learned to play guitar as an elementary school student attending an afterschool program…the rest is history. Visit our Facebook page to see Clarissa in action!
