Did you watch last week as we pulled the winning ticket for our Annual Wine Lovers Drawing? If you didn't watch, the winner was Bonnie Nielsen. You can view it on the MOWSV Facebook page. Bonnie was so excited to hear that she won! She sent us this photo of her with her winnings. We learned that Bonnie had been a volunteer with Meals on Wheels of the Salinas Valley in the 1990's when meals were prepared by the Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital. Congratulations again, Bonnie Nielsen, on your win and thank you for your continued support of MOWSV.

This year was a first for MOWSV...ticket sales "SOLD OUT!" A huge “Thank You” to all the donors who purchased tickets! This year's drawing raised $18,576 to support our meal delivery program. Thank you to those businesses and individuals who donated items to make this filled Igloo cooler a great raffle prize: McIntyre Winery, “A Taste of Monterey”, and Hahn Winery each donated unique tastings; 20 bottles of wine and two Magnums from local wineries: Bernardus, Morgan, Puma and Odonata and our board members who contributed wine accoutrements to the prize. Thank you!
